I had an awful experience with Tilia, hundreds of snagging issues which took time to resolve. They were slow whilst on site but operated in reverse when they left the site! We spent years of not being able to get in touch with them (Although at least they answer the phone a bit more these days) We also had our house flood due to poor site and house design. And we have been waiting for top soil on our land for 4.5 years, this work was promised but as always they have massively underdelivered. A lot of housing developers aren't great but I would avoid Tilia like the plague! Service: Home building
